Bob is Quantsurv’s AI agent, not a person, and he works in every workspace. In Invoice recovery, Underpayment recovery and Retention recovery he does the work, sending each letter only with your approval. In Claims and Contract review he helps: he proposes, you decide, and he sends nothing.
